Job summary

ARM in Oxford is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month hybrid contract. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding support.

You will manage data in Workday, ensure GDPR compliance, and coordinate interview panels, delivering a smooth candidate experience while adhering to governance standards.

Qualifications

• UK pre-employment screening and security clearance knowledge (BPSS/SC).
• Degree level education or equivalent; CIPD HR or recruitment desirable.

Recruitment Coordinator

£24.09 per hour - Umbrella

The Role

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial brief and job posting through to candidate selection, offer generation, pre-onboarding and Induction.
• Direct source candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted candidate search strategies.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate, schedule and attend interview panels, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for all applicants.
• Maintain data integrity within Workday, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to internal governance and data protection standards (GDPR).

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience verifying candidate educational backgrounds, technical certifications, and specialised licenses (e.g., engineering indentures, technical apprenticeships, or specialised operational ratings).
• Understanding of standard UK pre-employment screening and security clearance requirements (e.g., BPSS / SC Clearance) relevant to defence or secure operational environments Desirable
• Degree level education (or equivalent professional experience). CIPD qualification in Human Resources or in-house recruitment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Workday would be highly desirable
