Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading organisation operating in a technical and highly regulated environment.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across a range of roles, while ensuring compliant pre-employment screening and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end or in-house recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance processes.
• Experience using ATS such as Workday is desirable.

• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience

• Supporting pre-employment screening and compliance processes
• Occasional travel to another UK site may be required

We're recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / In-House Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading organisation operating in a technical and highly regulated environment.

You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to source, attract and secure top talent across a range of roles.

About you
