Job summary

ARM is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Oxford on a 12-month hybrid contract. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, from brief to induction, and involves direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, plus screening and interviewing candidates to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment.

The candidate will manage interview logistics and maintain GDPR-compliant data in Workday, contributing to a professional and efficient recruitment process within the defence/secure environments

Qualifications

• Experience verifying educational backgrounds, certifications and licences.
• Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance (BPSS/SC) desirable.
• Degree level education; CIPD qualification desirable; familiarity with Workday desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full candidate lifecycle from initial brief to Induction.
• Direct source candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate, schedule and attend interview panels ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday, adhere to GDPR and internal governance.
