Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group in Oxfordshire is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for a technically regulated environment. You will own the full lifecycle, sourcing and engaging candidates, and partnering with hiring managers across the business.

The role involves coordinating interviews, delivering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring compliance with pre-employment screening. Occasional travel to another UK site may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end or in-house recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering or regulated environments would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance processes.
• Experience using Workday or a similar ATS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment from initial brief through to offer and onboarding
• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
• Managing recruitment activity through HR and applicant tracking systems
• Supporting pre-employment screening and compliance processes
• Occasional travel to another UK site may be required
