Our Board & Executive Talent Team manages our senior leadership, executive, and non-executive board hiring globally. We are seeking an Executive Recruitment Coordinator to provide exceptional coordination and candidate experience for our global executive hires.

Our team plays a pivotal role in shaping Wise's future by ensuring we have the right leaders at the right time to support our mission of "money without borders".

Key Focus Areas:
  • Executive Leadership Roles: Hiring visionary leaders from C-suite to senior management.
  • Non-Executive Director (NED) Positions: Recruiting independent directors for governance and strategic oversight.
  • Strategic Hiring Initiatives: Managing projects like community building, events, and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones, including virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, and visits.
  • Create personalized candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate data accurately within our ATS, SmartRecruiter.
  • Support candidates with interview schedules, briefs, and queries.
  • Organize and support executive community events and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding, ensuring a smooth process and completing pre-hire checks.
  • Set up new hires in HR systems like Workday, collaborating with People Operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, especially with senior executives, or as an executive assistant managing high-stakes scheduling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting recruitment events or internal engagement programs is a plus.

Location:

This role is based at our Worship Square office in Shoreditch, London. We support flexible working, with most team members splitting their time between office and home, but new hires are expected to spend more time in the office initially.
