Job description

Position Overview

Crux is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This key role supports the Talent Specialist within the People function and the Research Recruitment Manager in the Usability team by providing proactive and efficient recruitment administration. The Coordinator will work across Talent Acquisition and Research Recruitment, managing recruitment activities and handling specific responsibilities.

We prioritize an excellent recruitment experience for both prospective employees and research participants. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable engaging with potential candidates via phone, email, or applicant tracking systems.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding recruitment support for Talent Acquisition and Research Recruitment.
  2. Handle daily administrative tasks related to employee recruitment and research participant recruitment.
  3. Maintain and update the participant database and applicant tracking system.
  4. Arrange interviews and meetings, coordinating with stakeholders to manage schedules.
  5. Respond to recruitment inquiries and assist as needed.
  6. Manage the company's career email inbox and escalate inquiries appropriately.
  7. Support outreach to universities, research institutions, health organizations, and other relevant bodies.
  8. Generate reports on recruitment activities.
  9. Apply data protection and record management principles to candidate records.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and familiarity with tracking systems.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices.
Desirable
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or research recruitment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software such as Teamtailor and PanelFox.
  • Experience with research participant recruitment is advantageous.
