Travail Employment Group is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Cheltenham. You will speak with candidates and clients, build relationships, and help businesses find the right people.

Training is provided and previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. This is a fast-paced role with uncapped bonus opportunities, full training, and a clear career path.

We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing team in Cheltenham. Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. If you've worked in a customer-facing role, enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll build relationships with clients and candidates, identify opportunities, and help businesses find the right people. You'll receive full training and support, but success in this role comes from having a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the determination to achieve your goals.

What you'll be doing
