Job summary

The Best Connection in Chelmsford is recruiting for a 12-month maternity cover as a Recruitment Consultant. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong client and candidate relationships, and source and place qualified candidates in driving and industrial sectors.

Training and support are provided, with clear progression. Basic salary starts at £27,000 and rises to £28,000 after 12 months; first-year earnings including commission range from £29,000 to £30,000.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence is preferred but not essential for client visits.
