Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London. This role offers full training across candidate sourcing, headhunting, business development and the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will build relationships with candidates and clients, coordinate interviews, and work towards targets in a fast-paced environment that rewards performance with uncapped commission and clear progression to senior roles.

• No previous recruitment experience required; right attitude and communication skills are key.

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and direct headhunting.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients to develop relationships and generate opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and client outreach.
• Conduct candidate interviews to understand experience, skills and career aspirations.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and present them to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and assist with offer negotiations.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment CRM.
• Work towards individual targets and contribute to the wider team's success.
