The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:

• Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
• Interviewing and candidate screening
• Right to Work and compliance checks
• CV formatting and candidate registration
• Posting and managing job adverts
• Building relationships with candidates
• Coordinating interviews and placements
• Database management and administration
• Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants

As you develop, you’ll progress into managing your own vacancies, building client relationships, and developing leadership skills.
