As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants. You'll be responsible for sourcing high-quality education professionals, advertising vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, building relationships with schools, and matching talented individuals with exciting opportunities across the education sector.

Working from our Chelmsford office, you'll gain hands-on experience using leading recruitment technology, job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques to attract the very best candidates. You'll develop excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills while becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be enthusiastic, confident, organised, and eager to learn. You don't need previous recruitment experience-we're looking for personality, determination, and a willingness to work hard. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, education, or any people-focused role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided from day one.
