We’re hiring a Consultant to own a market desk in the UK. You’ll run end-to-end executive search assignments across Operations, Quality, Clinical and Corporate Services, build high-value networks, and drive growth in a high-trust,

Qualifications

• Ambitious, proactive and commercially sharp.
• Experience managing a Temp/Interim desk is preferred.
• 360 recruitment experience across sectors, focused on mindset over background.
• Ownership, strategy and long-term relationship building are essential.
• Thrives in a mature, autonomous culture with minimal micromanagement.
• Credible communicator who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Running your own market with autonomy, trust and freedom.
