Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking a Head of Temporary & Interim Recruitment in Professional Services. This hands-on sales and leadership role drives revenue growth, builds client partnerships, and leads a new division.

You will grow revenue from existing clients, win new business across the Midlands and wider UK, develop temporary/interim/contract solutions, recruit and coach consultants, and shape growth strategies with an entrepreneurial leadership team.

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £40k-£55k basic + Uncapped Commission + Leadership Bonus + Future Equity of Success

Experience within Professional Services recruitment would be advantageous, however recruiters from commercial, finance, HR, legal, office support, industrial, education, healthcare or technical sectors will also be considered.
