Job summary

Parkes Personnel Ltd in the West Midlands currently seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a busy 360 recruitment desk with live vacancies and established clients. You will develop new business, grow the desk and recruit temporary and permanent staff across the local area.

The Role

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

About You

You'll be a strong fit for this Recruitment Consultant role if you:

• Have previous agency recruitment experience
• Ideally come from an Industrial or Logistics recruitment background
• Enjoy business development as well as account management
• Know how to build strong, long-term client relationships
• Are proactive and happy to take ownership of your desk
• Care about delivering a good service to clients and candidates
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
