Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter in Esher, Surrey. You will build relationships with clients and technology professionals to match talent with exciting opportunities.

You’ll manage sourcing, recruitment, offers, and placements with support from experienced teams. You’ll also grow existing client relationships and win new business, expanding your portfolio and earning potential as you progress.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in technology or another specialist sector.
• A consultative, relationship led approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a quality service.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work towards targets.
• Commercial ambition, resilience and the motivation to achieve your goals.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working ethically with clients and candidates.
