SThree in Leeds is seeking an experienced IT/Tech Senior Appointments Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing desk. You will drive new business, manage contract desks, and deliver end-to-end recruitment across the Tech into Insurance sector.

The role offers a starting basic salary of £30,000 to £50,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission, and a hybrid working pattern (4 days in office, 1 day at home). Career progression through Velocity program.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life cycle recruitment focusing on IT/Tech sectors.
• Strong sales and business development focus with client management.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruitment process (360) from business development to placement.
• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships in the Leeds IT/Tech market.
