SThree, a global STEM workforce consultancy, invites an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Leeds Computer Futures team focusing on the Cloud/DevOps (contract) market. You will own your market, maximise earnings, and drive significant business impact across a fast-moving STEM landscape.

You will build and manage a high-value client portfolio, secure new business, and deliver talent solutions that meet client needs.

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
