SThree Management Services LTD in Leeds seeks a Recruitment Consultant to own a market, build and grow a client portfolio, and drive real impact in the STEM space. This role centres on Tech/IT recruitment with end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and a performance-driven environment.

You will develop client relationships, deliver technology talent solutions, and contribute to revenue growth with uncapped commission and structured development paths.

Starting base salary:

• Starting base salary: £27,500- £35,000
• Uncappedcommission (nothreshold, no cap)
• Performance bonuses and incentives

The basesalaryrangereflectsthefixedcompensation forthisrole.In addition,thispositioniseligiblefor a variable commission plan,withtotalearningsbasedon performanceagainstdefinedtargets. Final basesalarywillbedeterminedusingobjectivecriteriasuchas relevantexperience,skillsandinternalpayequity. All variable compensationisgovernedby a transparent commission structurealignedtoroleexpectations.
