Job summary

SThree in London (Bishopsgate) is seeking experienced Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our hybrid team supporting Real Staffing Life Sciences and Huxley brands. You will partner with global organisations, high-growth scale-ups and market-leading businesses to connect specialist talent with critical projects across Technology, Life Sciences and Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Proven success in recruitment across specialist markets (Tech, Life Sciences, Banking/Finance or similar).
• Strong 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to win new business and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established contract or permanent recruitment desk within your specialist market.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships.
• Build and maintain a network of highly skilled professionals across Technology, Data & AI, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Banking or Financial Services.
• Deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing market insight and consultative solutions.
• Drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities within enterprise and global accounts.

What You'll Do
