Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer (Trainee Recruitment Consultant) based in Preston City Centre. This office-based role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary negotiable DOE and a clear route to Consultant or Sales Closer.

You’ll be on the phone most of the day, engaging with candidates, building pipelines, and driving numbers in a fast-paced environment. We’ll train you, coach you, and support your growth as you progress along two potential tracks: Recruitment Consultant or

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales-related roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to candidates for live vacancies.
• Head-hunt and source candidates via databases, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates over the phone and shortlist strong profiles for consultants.
