Talent Finder is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer (Part Time, evenings and Saturdays) in Preston City Centre. The role is phone-focused, handling high volumes of calls to identify candidate fit for live vacancies.

You’ll source, screen, and shortlist candidates, building pipelines for current and future roles while maintaining an accurate ATS. With a path to Recruitment Consultant or Sales Closer, you’ll receive training and ongoing coaching in a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or related telesales roles is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent phone manner and strong verbal communication.
• Organised with attention to detail and good MS Office skills.

The role in a nutshell

As our Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be the engine of our recruitment process. Most of your day is spent on the phone: speaking to candidates, finding out what they're great at, and matching the right people to our live roles. It's busy, it's fast-paced and there are targets. That's exactly what makes it rewarding.

Let's be upfront: this is a phone-first role. You'll make a high volume of calls every single day. If picking up the phone isn't for you, this won't be the right fit. But if you get a buzz from great conversations and hitting your numbers, you'll love it here.

What you'll be doing

• Making a high volume of outbound calls every day to candidates for our live vacancies
• Headhunting and sourcing through our database, job boards and LinkedIn
• Screening candidates over the phone, using sharp questions to understand their experience
• Shortlisting strong candidates and putting them forward to our consultants and management team
• Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Keeping our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date
• Giving every candidate a first-class experience from start to finish

• Organised. You have a good eye for detail and are comfortable using MS Office.

Experience: recruitment experience (agency or in-house) and ATS knowledge are a big plus, but not essential. If you've worked in sales, telesales, a call centre, customer service, hospitality or any role where you talk to people all day, we want to hear from you.
