Apex Resources is opening a brand new Yeovil office and seeks an ambitious Recruitment Consultant for the Industrial Division. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, win new UK-based business, and build lasting client relationships while placing top candidates.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 DOE plus uncapped commission and excellent benefits. Office-based hours are 08:00–17:30, Monday–Friday.

Location: Yeovil (Brand New Office)

Hours: 08:00-17:30 (Monday- Friday, office based)

Apex Resources is expanding, and we're excited to be opening our brand new Yeovil office. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Industrial Division and play a key role in establishing our presence across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle with complete autonomy.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and winning new business across the UK Industrial market.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
• Growing and developing your own client portfolio.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

About You

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors:
  • Industrial
  • Warehouse
  • Logistics
  • Production
  • Manufacturing
  • Maintenance
  • Facilities Management
  • Hospitality
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A driven, self-motivated and target-focused approach.
