Job summary

Spot On Recruitment in Chester is seeking an ambitious Industrial Recruitment Consultant for a genuine 360-degree role. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle from winning clients and developing accounts to sourcing candidates, managing placements and growing your desk.

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£32,000 with uncapped commission, 23 days holiday, free car parking, and a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:30 office in Chester.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, logistics or temporary recruitment preferred.
• Commercially driven and confident on the phone.
• Hungry to build and own a successful recruitment desk.

This is a genuine 360-degree role. You’ll own the full recruitment process, from winning new clients and developing existing accounts through to sourcing candidates, managing placements and growing your desk.
