Pin Point Recruitment in Wallington is seeking a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to own the recruitment cycle—from business development, servicing clients, site visits to candidate placements.

You will build relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a supportive, ambitious team. The role covers warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production sectors with KPI targets and uncapped commission.

• 1+ year of experience in a 360 recruitment role (industrial sector preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.

About the Role:

As a 360 Consultant, you’ll manage both clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment services in the industrial sector—including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production.
