The Best Connection in Carlisle is seeking a driven recruitment professional to join our team. No recruitment experience is required; we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and work toward achievable sales targets with full support and training.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. No recruitment experience is needed; we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Salary & Package

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1hour lunch break. Office‑based role. A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
