Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

Recruitment Consultant – 12 months+ experience:

£28,000–£29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 including commission

About the Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Branch bonuses: Small team with an established client base working alongside an experienced Senior Consultant.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break). Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
