Gap Personnel is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant in Southend to drive client growth and place candidates into permanent and temporary roles. You will generate leads, attend meetings with clients, and build a robust candidate network while maintaining KPI targets.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. An uncapped bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Support business growth through lead generation and business development activities.
• Arrange and attend client service and sales meetings.
• Help the branch achieve KPI, performance, and service targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and CRM systems.
• Complete pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work verification in line with compliance requirements.
• Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client needs.
• Manage candidate availability and placement for temporary assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce demands.
• Manage bookings, staffing fulfilment, and workforce planning.
• Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Deliver an excellent experience for both clients and candidates while contributing to branch growth.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm

Salary:£29,000-£38,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
