• Work in a 360 sales role managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Business development and generating new client relationships.
• Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings.
• Building long-term partnerships with clients.
• Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Interviewing and screening candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement.
• Building your personal brand within your specialist market.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
