Responsibilities

Work in a 360 sales role managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Business development and generating new client relationships.
Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings.
Building long-term partnerships with clients.
Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Interviewing and screening candidates.
Managing the recruitment process through to placement.
Building your personal brand within your specialist market.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
