Your role:

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant is a very rewarding career – both in terms of long term career progression and financially.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take responsibility for the full end to end cycle - from winning new clients, nurturing the relationship with them, to sourcing and qualifying specialist IT professionals for their positions.

This is a sales-driven role where you need to build strong relationships with a wide network of clients and candidates.

In order to be successful in recruitment, you will need to be motivated, resilient and driven, as well as confident on the phone and have a passion for selling!
