Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking experienced recruiters to join our offices in Horsforth and Manchester. You’ll focus on building pipelines, managing a full 360 recruitment cycle, and keeping strong relationships with clients and candidates as we expand.”

We offer training from day one, with clear salary bands from £30,000 to £100,000 plus up to 30% commission on your own revenue, and relocation support for international roles.

Qualifications

• Track record of billing in a recruitment environment (perm, temp or contract).
• Ability to build pipelines and manage a full 360 recruitment process.
• Strong emphasis on high performance, honesty and relationship building.

You'll have a track record of billing in a recruitment environment, whether that's perm, temp, or contract desks. You understand what it takes to build a pipeline, manage a full 360 process, and keep clients and candidates onside when things get tight.

Just as important, you'll align with how we work: high performing, honest, and genuinely invested in the people you're placing, not just the fee.

We're especially keen to hear from:

• Recruiters who've worked in the UK market and want to transition into international recruitment
