Job summary

CSG Talent in the UK is seeking a commercially-focused Business Development Manager to convert inbound SQLs into new client engagements and expand existing accounts. • Comfortable managing and converting inbound leads (SQLs/MQLs) and proactively generating opportunities.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders in a consultative, relationship-led sales style.

• Grow revenue across a portfolio of existing key customer accounts, building plans to increase share of wallet across Executive Search, Contract & Interim, and Talent Strategy.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts (new divisions, geographies, and hiring managers).
• Own inbound SQLs: qualify, respond, and convert into new client relationships and live mandates.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders as a trusted commercial point of contact.
• Brief Consultants on new wins and remain engaged as the relationship owner throughout delivery.
• Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and account growth using CSG's CRM.
• Work closely with Consultants, Marketing and key customer stakeholders to support lead conversion.
