Recruitment Consultant (6-12 months' experience) | London

The role

You'll join Team Belgium or Team Scandi, recruiting in some of Europe's fastest-growing Tech and IT markets. Within your team you'll own a tech niche that’s yours alone. No sharing a desk, no fighting over clients. You build it, grow it and reap the rewards. Think of it as running your own business within a business.

We don't micromanage, and we don't bury you in KPIs. You get the freedom, tools and support to build your own desk, in a culture based on trust and ownership.

What we're looking for

• 6-12 months' agency recruitment experience, in any market.
• A solid grasp of the basics. You're confident on the phone and know what clients and candidates expect.
• Real self-motivation. Our culture runs on trust and autonomy, so we only hire people who can show they're driven, ambitious and in it for the right reasons.
• Perm: 25%
• Contract: 22.5-30%, depending on margin
• Bespoke training from our in-house L&D lead
