Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment in London is seeking an Associate Consultant to support NFI generation by sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates, building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, gain exposure to live mandates from day one and develop market knowledge, commercial confidence and progression toward a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

• Experience in recruitment or sales with a commercial mindset.
