CT19 is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our expanding team in the UK. The role emphasizes an outcome-driven environment with a commission structure that rewards performance and a platform to translate expertise into earnings and career progression.

We operate in specialist, high-growth and high-fee sectors including Nuclear, Quantum, AI, CleanTech and Life Sciences. Expect a hybrid setup: three days in the office and 1.5 days remote, with a 4.5-day week and social incentives.

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team at CT19. Rather than give you the usual list of responsibilities and tell you that you need to be “money motivated”, here’s what’s actually in it for you.

Our commission structure means a high-performing recruiter can earn over 40% of their billings in total compensation — significantly above the typical industry level of around 30–33%.

Genuine hybrid working

Three days in the office, with the remaining 1.5 days working from home.

We operate exclusively across specialist, high-growth and high-fee sectors, including Nuclear, Quantum, AI, CleanTech and Life Sciences. That means interesting clients, difficult-to-find candidates and fees that properly reward the work involved.

Know exactly where your career is going

Clear progression with defined routes through Senior, Principal, Management and Director level. If you're performing, there shouldn't be any ambiguity around what comes next.
