Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Principal Consultant to join its London Finance & Accounting team. This role offers autonomy to run your own desk with established PSLs and legacy client relationships.

The successful candidate will bring a proven 360 Finance recruitment track record, develop new business, and cross-sell within Real Estate clients, with potential for progression into management.

We’re hiring a Principal Consultant to join our established Finance & Accounting team in London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Finance recruiter who wants the earning potential and autonomy of running their own desk, without having to start from zero.
