The Best Connection is seeking a driven recruitment professional in Carlisle to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates while identifying new opportunities and meeting targets in a busy, supportive environment.

No recruitment experience is required as our in-house training and mentorship will help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
