£28k-£35k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in Bristol.

Due to significant growth across a wide range of sectors, there is an exciting opportunity to join the team in our office based in Bristol. We have a number of live vacancies for permanent placements and we are looking for consultants who understand the perm recruitment process who are able to pick up the desk, grow and maintain it with the aspiration to progress onto a senior role in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you\'ll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
  • Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
  • 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
  • Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations.
