The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a driven recruitment professional for a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while identifying new business opportunities.

No prior recruitment experience is required as comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from BD to placement.

Salary & Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

About the Role:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits

Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles

Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence is preferred but not essential for client visits.
