What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in establishing and growing our European presence while taking ownership of your own specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing long‑term relationships with organisations across your specialist sector
• Identifying new business opportunities through strategic market mapping and consultative business development
• Building a high‑quality network of specialist candidates across the DACH region
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement through to successful placement
• Becoming a recognised expert within your chosen market
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise opportunities across key accounts
• Promoting JAM's wider talent solutions and adding long‑term value for clients
• Helping shape the continued growth of our European business

Who we're looking for

You’ll likely have:

• Experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping clients solve workforce challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Previous experience recruiting across Europe or the DACH region would be advantageous, but it isn't essential.
