Job summary

JAM is expanding its European offering and seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to establish and develop our presence across the DACH region. You will own your market, build trusted partnerships, and drive long-term value for clients and candidates across engineering, technology and other specialist sectors.

You will manage relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead the full recruitment lifecycle with autonomy while collaborating with a growing European team.

Qualifications

• Experience running a successful 360 recruitment desk.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing client relationships.
• Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Consultative approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term partnerships with organisations across your specialist sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline through proactive business development.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement through to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and nurture a high-quality network of specialist candidates.
