Select Offshore, an industry leader in Renewables, Offshore and Marine recruitment, is seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our young, dynamic team in Billericay. This role offers a clear path to becoming a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant with performance-based rewards.

You will source, qualify, and place candidates; maintain pipelines; build sector knowledge; attend client meetings; and help shape our growth with a supportive in-house trainer and generous uncapped

This role offers the support you need to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!

What will you do?
