Zusammenfassung

Envertiz Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle for nursing and care roles across the UK. You will attract, screen and place candidates with clients in care homes, NHS trusts and independent providers.

This fast-paced, target-driven role requires strong sourcing, interviewing and compliance skills, with a focus on timely placements and high-quality shortlists. You will manage the candidate journey from first contact to start date and maintain CRM

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally healthcare, nursing or social care.
• Confident in sourcing and headhunting through multiple channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
• Target-driven and motivated.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple vacancies and candidates at once.
• Good attention to detail, especially for compliance and documentation.
• Knowledge of right-to-work checks, UKVI sponsorship and CoS processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with the Displaced Workers Scheme or similar healthcare recruitment initiatives is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, CRM searches, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Write and post engaging job adverts tailored to nursing and care roles.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, values and suitability for each role.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified nursing and care professionals, so roles can be filled quickly.
• Match candidates to client vacancies and present shortlists that meet each client’s staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including arranging interviews, gathering feedback, making offers and confirming start dates.
• Make sure all compliance checks are completed accurately and on time, including right-to-work checks, DBS checks, references and NMC PIN verification.
• Support candidates placed under specialist schemes, including the Displaced Workers Scheme and in-country sponsorship.
• Work with the compliance team on Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) requirements and UKVI sponsor licence obligations.
• Keep in touch with placed candidates after they start, to support retention and encourage referrals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and placement records in Zoho CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, interviews, submissions and placements.
• Liaise with clients on vacancy updates, candidate feedback and new requirements.
