Most importantly, you'll be someone who thinks beyond their own desk or branch. You'll enjoy building a business, developing people and making commercial decisions, with the ambition to eventually lead the whole operation.
If you're an experienced recruitment professional who feels ready for a bigger challenge, this could be the career move you've been waiting for. It's not just about managing branches. It's about joining a business where you could have a real say in its future and potentially be running it yourself in a few years' time.
