Blue Arrow, UK & Ireland (Hybrid/Flexible), is seeking an ambitious Business Director to lead the expansion of our permanent recruitment offering within Transport & Logistics. This hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role will own the delivery of permanent recruitment revenue and build a market-leading proposition.

This role will win new business, develop strategic client relationships, and grow a network of Transport & Logistics professionals while coaching two Recruitment Consultants

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment leadership and scaling teams.
• Proven track record in winning new business and building client relationships.
• Experience in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver permanent recruitment revenue.
• Win new business and develop strategic client relationships.
• Build and promote a network of Transport & Logistics professionals.
• Coach and develop a small team of two Recruitment Consultants.
• Drive growth strategy across the sector.
• Collaborate with national branches and logistics teams to maximise opportunities.
