Job description

Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Becket House Worthing.

Brand: LRG

Salary: £27,000 OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

Contract length: 6 months Fixed Term Contract

There is a strong possibility the role could become permanent, but this cannot be guaranteed at this stage.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Recruitment Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include sourcing suitable candidates with property management experience, building talent pipelines, arranging interviews, and supporting the Recruitment Partners throughout the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess suitability.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database.
  • Develop relationships with passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.
