In this role, you will lead the planning and advertising process for all staff vacancies at the College. The work requires close attention to detail, responsive customer care, and a full awareness and commitment to issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion, to ensure the attraction of the widest field of suitable applicants. You will also support the operations of the wider HR Business Partnering team in managing monthly and annual report cycles, ensuring specific information is received and understood by colleagues and managers.
The role offers full training on all key aspects and is based on 21 hours per week. The work pattern is flexible but requires on-site presence in Bloomsbury for either a half or full day on Mondays. The remaining hours can be worked from home or the office, within core hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00), preferably on days that minimize service gaps.
As a part-time position, the salary is pro-rata based on the FTE of £29,392 to £32,962 per annum. Birkbeck offers a competitive salary, pension scheme, 31 days paid leave, flexible working, and benefits in the HE sector, located in Central London.
