We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our growing People Team. You’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle across all our services, playing a vital role in attracting, engaging, and securing great candidates to help us deliver outstanding care.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment process that reflects our commitment to safer recruitment and Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings and candidate communications
Generate candidate leads through social media and outreach
Support interview scheduling and process coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment data and records
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
About You:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and attentive to detail
Comfortable using recruitment platforms and HR systems
Able to build rapport and keep candidates engaged
A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
Ambitious and committed to learning and development
