Location: Remote with occasional travel to Becket House, Worthing

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Recruitment Assistant to join our team. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting Recruitment Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process. If you have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilise recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
