ecoSense Cleaning - Join Our Team

ecoSense Cleaning provides market-leading cleaning services across the UK. We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, professional, and outgoing individual to join our expanding site coordinating team. Full support and training will be provided to the right candidate. Previous office, recruitment, or HR experience is advantageous, and similar roles will also be considered.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours (either 9 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 4 pm).

Candidate Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Docs/Drive
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment through telephone interviews
  • Managing the full onboarding process
  • Placing advertisements for vacancies
  • Arranging training with Area Managers or Supervisors
  • Responding promptly to clients and management
  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are met
